What types of events do you serve?
Roundabout Coffee serves weddings, corporate events, bridal showers, baby showers, private celebrations, brand activations, and other hosted gatherings.
Where are you based?
Roundabout Coffee is based in Columbus, Ohio and built for mobile event service.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Columbus and surrounding communities including Dublin, New Albany, Powell, Westerville, Hilliard, Worthington, Upper Arlington, and Gahanna, with travel across Ohio by request.
Do you travel outside Columbus?
Yes. Roundabout Coffee is available beyond Columbus, including Dayton, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Akron, Toledo, and other Ohio destinations by request.
Do you publish pricing?
No. Each quote is prepared around the date, location, guest count, menu, timing, and travel.
What drinks do you offer?
Offerings can include espresso drinks, iced lattes, flavor options, and fresh desi chai / doodh patti.
Do you offer non-coffee options?
Yes. Fresh desi chai / doodh patti is available as a rich milk tea option rooted in South Asian tradition.
What is doodh patti?
Doodh patti is a milk-forward style of desi chai, known for a rich, comforting body and a warm tea-forward flavor.
Can we customize cups or menus?
Yes. Custom cups, branded menus, and a Vestaboard Mini message or menu display can be included when they fit your event plan.
What do you need from the venue?
Venue needs depend on the final plan. Share the venue or city, timing, guest count, and any access notes in the quote form.
How far in advance should we inquire?
Reach out as soon as you are considering coffee service. Earlier inquiries give more room to confirm availability and menu options.
How long does it take to get a quote?
After you submit the quote form, we’ll review your details and get back within 3–5 business days with next steps and any questions.
